Stacy Swimp is a passionate speaker and preacher of God's Word. I have personally witnessed spiritual growth in his life, and an unspeakable joy that he exudes through the power of the Holy Spirit! My prayer is that he will be able to reach lost souls for Christ, and encourage believers in their passion and zeal in serving the Lord! - Rob Buchalski Administrator/High School Principal, Genesee Christian School, Burton, MI
"I’ve had the privilege of serving as his pastor and developing a wonderful friendship over the years. I have found him to have a special burden for helping people who find themselves in vulnerable positions. His Evangelistic Association will focus on this objective! He has oratory and organization skills which allow him to assess and address any situation. His abilities serve him well in both religious and secular circles! Finally, he can work in unity with others and accomplish team-oriented tasks." - Rev. Alfred L. Harris, Sr., Pastor of the Saints of God Church in Flint, Michigan and President of the Concerned Pastors for Social Action
"There are times in our lives we meet people with whom we have an automatic connection with. People who share common goals and objectives. People who are natural servant leaders with an agenda to help the downtrodden and disadvantage. The connection is more than simple familiarity it is spiritual. I met Stacy about four years ago, however, it seems like a lifelong friendship. My introduction to Stacy was through the Westside Ministers Alliance of Detroit and Vicinity, where I reside as President. Stacy wanted to come and speak with the body about some unbiblical legislation that was being pushed through Congress. Stacy’s presentation left me highly impressed as he spoke with passion, conviction, and authority. I have been a big Stacy Swimp fan ever since; and not just because of his eloquent speech but for his ability to speak to the hearts of people. I have also followed Stacy on Social Media and his ability to defend what he believes in the face of opposition is remarkable to say the least. Stacy is articulate and well spoken. He has a firm grip on the Word of God and endeavors to proclaim the Gospel from every mountaintop. Stacy is not afraid to go into the tough area to further avail himself to help inspire others. The Body of Christ and the world needs men like Stacy Swimp." - Rev. Terry Minor, President Westside Ministers Alliance of Detroit and Vicinity
Pastor Stacy Swimp several years ago and to be honest, I cannot remember how, but it was over a decade ago. However, I do remember a phone call, late one evening, that Stacy made to me. He had a lot of questions about my political affiliation and why I chose the party I was active in. We discussed a lot that evening and our friendship began. Stacy is driven. He sets his goals on a challenge and then goes after it. He came to me while I was a county commissioner and asked for help with the “Ban the Box” campaign that he was spearheading. He wanted the commissioners to support the idea and asked me for help. It was easy to support Stacy in his efforts. It was an honorable endeavor and he spoke elegantly about what it meant to so many. Stacy knows first-hand what it is like to make the wrong decision and to work extra hard to right the wrong. He knows that his life changed forever due to one man who took the interest in him and gave him a reason to like himself and to go after what he wants in life. Since then, Stacy has sought out those who can be helpful, but those that he can relate to, no matter their background or their career. I find Stacy a joy to talk with. His questions are challenging to me. He has a caring soul and seeks to help others, however he can. He loves his son and he fought hard for him, just like he fights for the causes that he believes in. He wants to share his story and he wants to help others. It’s in his soul." - Ann Doyle, Former Saginaw Michigan County Commissioner, Former Small Business Owner
